Take a hefty bag and some tape. Apply ammonia mixed with water using a sponge to the windows. Cover the wet glass with the bag and leave in the Sun for a few hours. Then take a razor (carefully) and start removing the residue. Use a scrubby pad to complete.

Even better take it to a pro who can steam it off and do it for a nominal cost. We are Tampa Window Tinting Advanced Film Solutions http://www.advancedfilmfl.comDoes anyone know how to take window tint glue off a car window?
Ok so here's how Plan to do the glue removal on a hot, sunny day and park the car in the direct sunlight. This is necessary so that you can use the sun to warm the glue on the windshield so that it can be more easily removed. Cut the black plastic trash bags to size so that it will fit over the outside glass of the window from which you are removing the glue. Mix a solution of hot water and soap, and fill a spray bottle with it. Spray the outside window thoroughly, and quickly cover it with the plastic. Smooth the wrinkles in the plastic so that it is laying flat against the window Cut more plastic to fit the inside of the window, and cut some extra plastic to lie down and protect the interior of the vehicle. Put on the protective mask. Fill a spray bottle with the ammonia, and then spray it liberally all over the glue left on the inside of the window. Place the plastic for the interior window up against the window, pressing and smoothing it so that it traps the ammonia and prevents evaporation. Park the car with the window facing directly towards the sun for one hour. Clean off the adhesive now that it is heated and soft. Peel back a little plastic at a time, spraying more ammonia on the glue residue and scrubbing with the steel wool. Once you have completed the entire window, remove all the plastic from both sides and cleaning the glass with paper towels and window cleaner.Does anyone know how to take window tint glue off a car window?
