I recently bought a car and the previous owner put window tint on themselves, the back window is really bubbly and i was wondering if there was a cheap way to fix it?Window tint?
The only "fix" is to remove it and do it properly. A good tint job isn't as easy as it may appear. Takes a lot of know how, good film and practice to do it so that it doesn't bubble. From the number of cars running around with bubbled tint, there are, obviously, many who don't know the proper material and procedure.

Replace it. It's not that expensive.
But look first to see if you have a rear window defroster. It can be very hard to take off old tint without tearing up the defroster if there is one.Window tint?
you can just get a blade and scrape it of your self it might be a little difficult because tint is really really thin
