Where to find window tint law for New Jersey?

I have been trying to find the statute for window tint violation. The following are the only violation i find anyone being fines for; NJAC 39:3-74 is obstruction of view. 39:3-75 is safety glass. None of these statute talk about tint. I have yet to find anyone getting a ticket for and only for illegal tint. is there such violation? Please help me find this law.Where to find window tint law for New Jersey?
