The window tint film we put up in house went on with soapy water and just peels right off. It has no glue. Is it your auto windows that you mean?
Start with (WD-40) to soften any glue. Scrape with a putty knife. Use alcohol to finish. Removes the oily film and glue without harming the finish around the window.
