What's the cheapest way to fix window tint that has bubbled?

I just recently purchased a used car that has a window tint on it. However, the tint on the back window is really bad, it has bubbled up which makes the window very blurry. What can be done to fix this, or is there anything that can be done? I would prefer the most economical way possible!|||You cant fix it. It has to be replaced. Sorry
