I got a ticket for the correction of my window tint because it was too dark. The cop gave me the ticket, but i can't read anything that he wrote. Does anyone know what the fine is?|||I had to pay $128 for having my front windows tinted back in '99.
If California has been keeping pace w/ taxes and fining the citizens to death, I'd say expect to pay $175-$225.
You can also rip the tint off and take it to any CHP office and they'll write it off and fine you $10. Fix-it ticket. That used to be an option...you might want to check into it.
