Is the tint they use to tint windows on cars the same stuff the used when they "black out" or "smoke out" tail lights?Is window tint film the same stuff they use on tail lights when they black them out?
They paint them with a product called Nightshade.

No ,but it doesn't matter they need to be ticked for it anyway. You can not obstruct lights. It doesn't matter if you can see them it is the guy behind you in the rain can he see them and
maybe he is a cop.
